Is what the pilgrim did valid: stoning the Jamrat al-Aqaba on Eid day, then being late in reaching Mina for the overnight stay, then stoning the Jamarat of the first day of Tashreeq after Fajr prayer, then repeating this stoning before the Fajr of the following day, and staying overnight in Mina until the Dhuhr of the second day of Tashreeq, and completing the stoning and hastening [to depart]? And are there any consequences for this?

First: Staying in Mina is realized by remaining within its boundaries for more than half the night.

Second: If you stayed in Mina for most of the night, you have fulfilled the obligation; otherwise, you have missed the stay.

Third: Whoever misses the stay due to overcrowding is not liable for anything because of the excuse. This is similar to other excuses that waive the fidyah (expiation), such as fear for oneself or one's property, or nursing a relative.

Fourth: Some jurists are of the opinion that there is no liability for one who misses the stay, and this is a narration from Ahmad.

Fifth: Your stoning of the Jamrah after Fajr is not valid according to the majority of scholars, but repeating the stoning at night before the Fajr of the following day is sufficient.

Sixth: There is no harm in delaying the Tawaf al-Ifadah.
