What supplications are permissible for a menstruating woman?

It is permissible for a menstruating woman to recite the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar) and the Quran from memory when her menstrual bleeding stops. It is also permissible for her to read prophetic traditions (hadith), authentic supplications (du'a), and books of knowledge.

However, it is forbidden for her to perform prayer (salat), fast (sawm), circumambulate the Kaaba (tawaf), touch the Mushaf (the physical copy of the Quran), recite the Quran after the bleeding has stopped [referring to reading from the Mushaf, not from memory], and engage in sexual intercourse.
