Are evening remembrances and supplications disliked before sunset? And what is the preferred time for reciting them: immediately after Asr or a little before sunset?

It is recommended to recite the evening remembrances (adhkar) between the Asr prayer and sunset, and the morning remembrances between the Fajr prayer and sunrise. What is disliked during these two times is performing prayers. The wisdom behind the remembrances at both ends of the day is to begin and end the day with dhikr, which is the essence of worship and through which well-being and happiness are attained. Allah Almighty said: "And glorify Him morning and evening" (Qur'an 33:42), and "And glorify [Allah] with the praise of your Lord in the evening and in the morning" (Qur'an 40:55), and "And glorify [Allah] with the praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting" (Qur'an 50:39). Ibn al-Qayyim held the view that the time for these remembrances is after Fajr and after Asr.
