What is the time for the evening remembrances (adhkar), what is the best time for them, and are they to be made up if forgotten?

The evening time is expansive, extending from after the Asr prayer until the Isha prayer. Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) is permissible during this entire period, whether at its beginning or end, except for what has been specifically designated for the night, such as Ayat al-Kursi. And whoever forgets the remembrances and then makes them up, it is hoped that he will be rewarded for them.
