Is it permissible for a person afflicted with cancer to deprive himself of marriage due to his belief that he would wrong the girl and that his end is near?

We ask Allah for well-being for everyone afflicted and healing for every patient. The patient should strengthen his hope in Allah and not despair of His mercy, for life, lifespans, and healing are in the hands of Allah. There is no blame upon him for marrying the girl if she is aware of his illness and condition and consents to him. In this case, he is not considered unjust to her. However, he should not conceal his condition from her.
