Is it permissible for a young man infected with the Hepatitis C virus to marry his fiancée, who insists on completing the marriage, and would that be considered an injustice to her?

The brother should complete the marriage as long as he has informed the woman of his illness and she has accepted it. He should also have a good opinion of Allah, for healing is not difficult for Him, glory be to Him.
