The answer

We advise you to proceed with your marriage. If you have a sexual dysfunction that prevents intercourse, then you must inform the woman you propose to about the truth of your condition. However, if you are capable of intercourse but fear inability to conceive, you are not required to inform your fiancée of this, especially since some doctors have advised you to proceed with the marriage and told you that if there is a defect, it can be treated with certain medications, Allah willing. Rely on Allah and have a good opinion of Him, while taking the permissible means of treatment. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded us to seek treatment, saying: "Seek treatment, for Allah, the Almighty, has not created a disease without creating a cure for it, except for one disease: old age."
