What is the ruling on the yellowish discharge that appears hours after ghusl (ritual bath)—is it considered part of menstruation, is the fast valid, and does its appearance necessitate another ghusl?

The fatwa [religious ruling] is that yellow and brownish discharges are not considered menstruation unless they occur during the woman's customary period or are connected to blood. If a woman sees such discharges after her customary period has ended and she has purified herself from menstruation, they are not considered menstruation, and her fasting is valid, and she is not required to perform ghusl (ritual bath) because of them.
