Will all angels have roles in the Hereafter, or only some, like the angels of punishment, and what about the angels who record deeds and Israfil?

Nothing is known about the actions of the angels in this world or the hereafter except what has been revealed in the divine revelation. It has been stated in the fatwas of the Permanent Committee that angels are: {honored servants, they do not precede Him in speech, and they act by His command}. Among them are those entrusted with the people of Paradise, and among them are those entrusted with the people of Hell, and among them are the bearers of the Throne and those surrounding it. Among what has been mentioned about the actions of some of them is that they convey greetings of peace from Allah Almighty to the believers, as in His saying: {entering upon them from every gate: 'Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home!'}. And some of them will welcome the people of Paradise at its gates and congratulate them, as in His saying: {The greatest terror will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, [saying], 'This is your Day which you have been promised'}.
