Is working in marketing for a beauty clinic, and consequently receiving a salary and a commission for each client, permissible or forbidden, given the existence of departments that violate Islamic law, such as: enlarging and reducing organs, slimming, and laser hair removal, taking into consideration cases of necessity, and that the owner of the center is Christian, and they have other completely forbidden departments such as treating wrinkles with masturbation and mixed massage?

Cosmetic procedures are divided into two types: one type aims solely at seeking beauty and enhancement, and this type is impermissible. The second type aims at removing harm, pain, disfigurement, or blemish, and this type is permissible. Accordingly, working in a beauty center that performs the first type of procedures is impermissible due to the Sharia (definition) violations involved. However, if it is possible to work only in the permissible section and promote it exclusively, then that is permissible, and in this case, the mixing of unlawful and lawful money does not cause harm.
