Is a person considered sinful if they call a mobile number that has musical ringtones, especially if they were not aware of it beforehand?

A Muslim is not permitted to listen to music, whether it comes from a mobile phone or any other source, due to the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "There will be among my Ummah people who will consider unlawful sexual intercourse, silk, alcoholic drinks, and musical instruments as lawful." If one contacts a person who has musical ringtones on their mobile phone out of necessity and does not intend to listen to them, there is no sin upon them. However, they must advise that person.
