It is not permissible to share the price of a sacrifice if it is a sheep. However, it is permissible to share a large camel or a cow among seven people, even if they live separately, provided that each person's share is one-seventh or more. If the intention was that the calf was for seven people and the sheep for one person without specific designation, then it appears to be valid for what has passed, but it is preferable to specify in the future. Giving charity from the sacrifice is recommended, not obligatory. Storing all the meat without giving any in charity is not forbidden, but it is contrary to what is most virtuous.
