Is a man sinful for directly addressing women due to work, and is his work in this company Islamically permissible, or must he search for another job?

The temptation of women is great, and a Muslim must guard against it by avoiding the causes of falling into it, such as letting one's gaze roam freely and intermingling. Allah commanded believing men and believing women to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. It has been reported that the mixing of women with men in workplaces and other areas is one of the greatest means of falling into immorality. It is difficult to lower the gaze and guard one's private parts when a foreign woman works with a man as a colleague or partner. If the work involves continuous mixing and looking, we advise leaving it and searching for another job, or moving to a location free of women. However, if the work does not necessitate continuous mixing and looking, there is no harm in remaining in it, while lowering one's gaze, completing the work in the shortest possible time, and staying away from causes of temptation.
