Is a woman entitled to seek divorce from her husband who is characterized by stinginess, ill-treatment, and constant suspicion, along with infertility?

It is permissible for a wife to take her obligatory maintenance from her husband's money without his knowledge if he withholds it from her. However, it is not permissible for her to leave the house without his permission, except out of necessity. A husband falsely accusing his wife without proof is forbidden, a calumny, and a manifest sin, as Allah the Almighty says: "And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly borne a slander and a manifest sin." (Quran 33:58) It is not obligatory for a husband to treat his wife for infertility, but it is recommended for him to do so as a matter of good companionship. It is not advisable to rush to seek divorce as long as the husband has changed for the better. However, if the wife suffers harm from staying with him, such as being falsely accused or denied maintenance, then she is permitted to seek divorce.
