What is the ruling on uttering and consistently observing the aforementioned adhkar (remembrances), and can the meanings of "the number of His creation, the pleasure of His Self, the weight of His Throne, the ink of His words, the extent of His knowledge, the fullness of His creation, the vastness of His mercy" be explained as they appear in the various forms of "Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi" (Glorified is Allah and praised be He)?

Persevering in adhkar (remembrance of Allah) is highly recommended. The most beloved words to Allah are four: Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (All praise is due to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god but Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest). Among the adhkar that carry immense reward are: "Subhanallah wa bihamdihi adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinata arshihi, wa midada kalimatih" (Glory be to Allah and with His praise, as many times as the number of His creation, and to the extent of His pleasure, and to the weight of His Throne, and to the ink of His words). And from them: "Subhanallah adada ma khalaqa fi as-sama'i wal-ardi wa ma baynahuma, wallahu akbaru mithluhu, wal-hamdu Lillahi mithluhu, wa la ilaha illa Allahu mithluhu, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahi mithluhu" (Glory be to Allah as many times as He created in the heavens and on earth and between them, and Allah is the Greatest likewise, and all praise is due to Allah likewise, and there is no god but Allah likewise, and there is no might or power except with Allah likewise). Similarly, "Alhamdulillah adada ma khalaqa, wa mil'a ma khalaqa..." (All praise is due to Allah as many times as He created, and filling what He created...). The meaning of "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" (There is no might or power except with Allah) is: there is no turning away from sins except by Allah's protection, and no strength to obey except by Allah. And seeking forgiveness, such as "Astaghfirullah al-Azim alladhi la ilaha illa Hu al-Hayy al-Qayyum wa atubu ilayh" (I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Magnificent, whom there is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, and I repent to Him), forgives sins and makes a way out of every worry.
