Is it permissible to take a small amount of money from the partnership workshop where I work morning and evening without pay?

It is permissible for you to ask your father and uncle for a salary or wage in exchange for your work. However, it is not permissible for you to take anything from the workshop's money without their knowledge or the knowledge of the person responsible for its management, as this constitutes betrayal and consuming wealth unlawfully, for Allah Almighty says: (O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly) and (O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts) and (Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due) and (O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]). And because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The wealth of a Muslim is not lawful except with his willing consent."
