Is it permissible to take money in exchange for helping to complete a transaction outside the scope of official work?

It is not permissible to take money for additional work during official working hours except with the permission of the employer or authorized manager, because working hours are the property of the work. If the money is a gift, it is not permissible except with the permission of the employer, due to the prohibition by the Prophet, peace be upon him, and this is indicated by the Hadith (definition) of Abu Humayd Al-Sa’idi.
