The answer

It is not permissible for you to give charity from your father's or brother's money without their permission, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." Also, they will not receive any reward for this charity. It is not permissible for you to lie to them; rather, you must repent and return the money or tell them the truth. If they consent, then that is fine. Otherwise, you must return the money to them. Allah will record for you the reward for what you spent, and in the future, give charity from your own money.
