Does a deceased wife become unmarriageable for her husband, and is it permissible for him to wash her?

The marital bond is dissolved by divorce, li'an (oath of condemnation), khul' (divorce at the wife's instance), annulment, and the death of one of the spouses. However, it is permissible for a husband and wife to wash each other's body upon death.
