Is it permissible for a man to wash his deceased wife and uncover her nakedness if he marries her sister before washing and burying her, and is it permissible for a woman to wash her deceased husband and look at his nakedness if she marries the husband's brother immediately after his death and her exiting the iddah?

The Hanafis do not permit a man to wash his deceased wife, whereas some other schools of thought deem it permissible. As for a woman, she is allowed to wash her deceased husband as long as the marriage contract is still valid and has not been severed by an irrevocable divorce or apostasy, even if this occurs during the waiting period (iddah). However, if the marriage contract ceases due to an irrevocable divorce (talaq bain), apostasy, or any other reason that necessitates separation, then she is not permitted to wash him.
