The answer

It is impermissible to deal with usurious banks or deposit money in them, for they are waging war against Allah and His Messenger. Depositing money in them aids them in perpetuating evil. One must completely cease all dealings with them. The existence of Islamic banks negates any justification for dealing with usurious banks to obtain withdrawal services; it is possible to keep some money at home or carry it when needed. All money and salaries must be deposited into an Islamic bank. One must fear Allah concerning usury due to the gravity of its matter.
