Is it permissible to pay bank fees from usurious earnings and donate the remainder, given the inability to manage the money outside the bank?

It is not permissible to benefit from usurious gains in paying bank fees, because ill-gotten wealth must be disposed of by spending it on public interests and charitable causes. Likewise, it is not permissible to invest money in usurious banks. Whoever is compelled to do so should place it in Islamic banks.
