How is an inheritance divided among a father, a mother, a husband, two full brothers, and three full sisters?

If the heirs are a husband, a father, a mother, and brothers and sisters, the inheritance is divided as follows: The husband receives one-half due to the absence of a direct descendant, and the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings. The remainder goes to the father by virtue of 'asaba (agnatic succession), and the brothers and sisters receive nothing as they are excluded by the father. Thus, the estate is divided into six shares: three shares for the husband, one share for the mother, and two shares for the father. Issues related to inheritance must be referred to the Sharia courts, as there may be matters hidden from the heirs.
