The husband, father, and mother are the sole heirs. The husband receives half due to the absence of a lineal descendant heir. The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of more than one sibling. The father receives the remainder of the estate. The estate should be divided into six shares: three for the husband, one for the mother, and the rest for the father. Estates should be divided under the supervision of Sharia (definition) courts.
