How is an inheritance divided among a husband, mother, son, daughter, full brother, and full sister?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant and two siblings. The husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remainder goes to the son and the daughter by ta‘sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The full brother and full sister receive nothing, as they are excluded by the son and the mother. The inheritance is divided into thirty-six shares: the mother receives six shares, the husband nine shares, the son fourteen shares, and the daughter seven shares. Cases of inheritance must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation.
