The answer

The aforementioned , "The believer is not free from ailment, or scarcity, or humiliation," has no origin in the authenticated books of , nor is any chain of transmission known for it. Therefore, it is impermissible to attribute it to the Prophet, peace be upon him, or to propagate it as his saying. Al-Ghazali mentioned it as a saying of the people, not as a Prophetic hadith.
