Is it considered an act of disobedience for a daughter to say to her mother: "From this moment, God willing, I will try not to respond to you no matter what you say or do, and my intention in this is for you and I to be judged before God on the Day of Resurrection," knowing that the mother is oppressive and defiant?

The mother's right is great. If a mother is offended by a certain phrase, it is not permissible to address her with it. If the offense is severe, it falls under the forbidden disobedience ( 'uquq ), which is one of the major sins. Responding to evil with good and kind words brings affection, as Allah Almighty said: "Repel [evil] with that which is better; then will an enemy between whom and you was enmity become as though he were a devoted friend." So, how should the situation be with a mother, who is the most merciful of people towards her child?
