Is it permissible to manage a scientific website that provides scanned scientific books, mostly in English, to beneficiaries for free, given the existence of fatwas prohibiting the violation of intellectual property rights, and the difficulty for students in the Arab world to afford these expensive books?

Any book whose authors prevent its copying or reproduction without their permission, it is not permissible to violate its rights. Even if the intention of the person doing so is good, beneficial actions must be achieved through lawful means. The opinion of prohibition is more preponderant and takes precedence.
