Should a husband divorce his wife whom he sees as not appreciating married life, complaining a lot, not caring for him, deliberately creating problems, and intentionally mistreating his family, even though he loves her and thinks of her constantly?

The wife erred by her disobedience and rebellion against her husband, and her family erred by not restraining her and by assaulting him. The husband also erred by refusing her repentance and return. The husband is advised not to hasten in divorce and to consult those experienced in ruqyah shar'iyyah to treat magic or the evil eye if present, or to resort to the Shar'i treatment for nushuz (disobedience) through admonition, abandonment, and light striking. If these solutions do not work, then divorcing her is recommended.
