The answer

Abusing Allah Almighty is an act of disbelief (kufr), and the perpetrator must repent, feel remorse, pronounce the two testimonies (Shahadatayn), and perform ghusl (ritual bath) if he committed, while in a state of disbelief, anything that necessitates ghusl. The conditions for a sound repentance are: abstaining from the sin, resolving not to return to it, and feeling remorse for having committed it. Whoever fulfills these conditions should have a good opinion of Allah and increase in good deeds, for indeed, good deeds efface evil deeds.
