The answer

And a woman is forbidden from perfuming herself when she leaves her home and passes by a place where men are present, based on the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Any woman who perfumes herself and then goes out, passing by people so that they may smell her fragrance, she is an adulteress." If the soap or cream contains a pleasant scent that can be detected from the woman, then it is forbidden for her to use it when going out to a place where men are present. If it has no scent, or its scent is not strong, then there is no objection to using it.
