Is the husband entitled to reclaim gifts, such as the wedding ring and gold jewelry set, after consummating the marriage with his wife, and is it permissible for the wife to present photographic evidence and proofs to the court?

Islam legislated marriage for psychological stability, and spouses are required to have a good relationship for family stability. If the husband is negligent in prayer and lies, he should be advised gently. Divorce is not the first solution to a disagreement; rather, guidance has been given for treating marital discord (nushuz). Divorce is in the hands of the husband, and her saying "I ask for a divorce" does not make it occur. Reconciliation is advised, but if the wife fears his ill-treatment, she may request a divorce due to his transgression (fisq) or her suffering harm from him. If the divorce occurs for compensation, the husband is entitled to it. If the wife returns to her husband, her father must offer an expiation for an oath.
