What is the ruling on my work and my money in the current bank, and does the ruling shift to permissibility if the department changes to another that does not convince the client with interest, and is a loan with added interest forbidden or permissible?

Working in usurious banks is unlawful (haram) because it involves aiding in sin and transgression. The salary earned from such work is unlawful, unless the work has no connection whatsoever to usury or prohibited acts, and does not assist in them, even by writing or carrying a paper. A loan with interest is among the forbidden forms of usury.
