What is the ruling on working in the financial affairs of a company that deals with banks for usurious loans?

It is not permissible to work in a field where one directly engages in or directly assists in something forbidden, especially concerning usurious loans, because Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes Riba (usury/interest), the one who pays it, the one who writes it down, and the two witnesses to it. If the job you are being transferred to involves usurious loans, then it is not permissible to remain in it, unless it is possible to avoid that and restrict oneself to what is permissible.
