The answer

Your work in the bank is forbidden (haram) even if you do not directly engage in usury, because the other departments are complementary and integral to the usurious departments, and the Central Bank is the mother of all usurious banks. Scholars have issued a fatwa that it is impermissible to work in usurious institutions, even as a driver or a guard, because this implies consent to them, and one who consents to a forbidden thing incurs some of its sin. Whoever directly handles the registration, writing, sending, and depositing is directly involved in the forbidden act. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its two witnesses, and its scribe, and he said: "They are all alike." Working in usurious banks is considered cooperation in sin and aggression, which is forbidden in Islam.
