Is penile erection upon seeing animals engaging in sexual activity, or when kissing young girls, or reading fatwas about marital intimacy, accompanied by frequent nocturnal emissions, a natural occurrence for a committed young man who is unable to marry?

We advise you to hasten to marry whenever you are able to do so. Until then, you must practice chastity and patience. What will help you overcome lust is: frequent fasting, diligently lowering your gaze, closing the doors to temptation, and staying away from everything that incites lust. It is not permissible for you to kiss young girls if you feel lust while doing so, for Ibn Qudamah, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "Ahmad, in the narration of Al-Athram, said concerning a man who takes a young girl, places her on his lap, and kisses her: 'If he feels lust, then no; but if it is without lust, then there is no harm.'" [Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudamah (7/103)].

You should also occupy your time with beneficial activities, engage in permissible sports, and strive to keep company with the righteous. You must also make abundant supplication and persist in it, while having a good opinion of Allah.
