If a man gives his wife the right to divorce herself, and she divorces herself during her death sickness, does the husband inherit from her during the 'iddah (waiting period)?

It is forbidden for a Muslim to resort to stratagems to nullify the right of his brother. If a man divorces his wife with an irrevocable divorce during his death illness, and he is accused of intending to deprive her of inheritance, then she inherits from him as a counter-measure to his intention. This ruling also applies to the wife: if she does something that nullifies the marriage during her death illness and is accused of depriving her husband of inheritance, then he inherits from her, and his inheritance from her is not forfeited even after the iddah (waiting period).
