What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a car accident that led to the death of a friend and a pregnant woman, knowing that two consecutive months were fasted as expiation?

In the case of accidental killing, expiation (kaffarah) and blood money (diyah) are obligatory for each life lost. The expiation is fasting for two consecutive months if the killer does not find a slave to free. The blood money is incumbent upon the 'aqilah (male relatives on the father's side) of the perpetrator. For a fetus, the compensation is a ghidra (a male or female slave). It is stipulated for liability that the driver must have violated traffic laws.
