The answer

Repentance to God is open to everyone for every sin, as Almighty God says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.'" And as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Repentance will not cease until the sun rises from its west." Enjoining good and forbidding evil are among the greatest rituals of religion. Whoever finds a deficiency in them can rectify it, and whoever repents, Allah will accept his repentance.
