Have there been any Hadiths indicating that seeking Ruqyah disqualifies one from being among the seventy thousand for whom the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) will intercede?

We have not been informed of any Hadith indicating that one who seeks Ruqyah will not attain intercession. Rather, the intercession of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, will reach all believers in him who do not associate anything with Allah. It has been established that seventy thousand will enter Paradise without reckoning, and they are those "who do not seek Ruqyah, nor practice divination by birds, nor cauterize, and upon their Lord they rely." Scholars have differed regarding the meaning of "those who do not seek Ruqyah." Some said they are those who do not seek Ruqyah in the manner of the people of Jahiliyyah. Others said they do not ask others for Ruqyah due to the completeness of their reliance on Allah. It is preferred not to seek Ruqyah for one who has the strength to endure illness. However, for the weak, it is permissible to seek Ruqyah, and it is not considered contradictory to reliance on Allah. It is pointed out that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cauterized Sa'd ibn Mu'adh, which indicates the permissibility of cauterization for those who need it, and that the Hadith condemns those who request Ruqyah or cauterization, not those who perform them for others.
