Is listening to ruqyah on a mobile phone included among those who do not seek ruqyah, as mentioned in the hadith: "Seventy thousand of my Ummah will enter Paradise without reckoning; they are those who do not seek ruqyah, nor believe in omens, nor use cauterization, and upon their Lord they rely"?

No one enters Paradise without reckoning except for he who does not seek ruqyah, nor believes in omens, nor is cauterized, and upon his Lord he relies. The difference between the practitioner of ruqyah and the one who seeks ruqyah is that the former is a benefactor and helpful, while the latter is a petitioner whose heart turns to other than Allah. Listening to ruqyah from a tape or phone is not considered seeking ruqyah and is beneficial by Allah's permission, even though it is better to recite it oneself or have someone else recite it upon them.
