The answer

Divorce during menstruation is valid according to the majority of scholars, and therefore, the issued divorce is effective. If the waiting period (iddah) has ended, there is no way to reconcile except through a new marriage contract. If the divorce was triple (talaq al-thalaath), you are not lawful for him until after you marry another husband. However, if the waiting period has not ended, your husband can take you back. It is recommended to take back a wife who was divorced during menstruation, according to the majority of scholars.
