Is it permissible for a woman to return to her husband after her 'iddah (waiting period) has ended following two divorces that occurred due to his anger and disagreements with her family, knowing that she is still menstruating? And what are the conditions entailed therein?

If a man divorces his wife with the first or second divorce, he has the right to take her back as long as she is within her waiting period (iddah), based on the Almighty’s saying: "And their husbands have a greater right to take them back in that [period]." However, if her waiting period ends, he is not permitted to take her back. Instead, he must marry her with a new contract and dowry, and with the consent of her guardian (wali), as happened with Ma'qil ibn Yasar. The waiting period ends after three menstrual cycles, excluding the cycle in which the divorce occurred. So, if the woman becomes pure from her third menstruation, he no longer has the right to take her back.
