What is the share of each female heir (mother, four daughters, wife, and full sister) from the deceased's estate?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant, the daughters receive two-thirds, and the mother receives one-sixth due to the existence of a lineal descendant. The remaining portion goes to the full sister by ta'sib (residuary heirship), as sisters with daughters inherit by ta'sib. The inheritance is divided into 24 shares: 16 shares for the daughters (4 shares for each daughter), 3 shares for the wife, 4 shares for the mother, and one remaining share for the full sister by ta'sib.
