The remainder (46,44.4) goes to the full sister or paternal sister by 'asabah (residuary heirship), based on Al-Nawawi's statement: "If one leaves two daughters, two granddaughters, and a full sister or paternal sister, the two daughters receive two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the sister. There is nothing for the two granddaughters because nothing remains from the prescribed share for the class of daughters, which is two-thirds." However, if the sister is a maternal sister, she receives nothing, and the sons of the full brother take the remainder. There is nothing for the granddaughter, nor for the daughters of the full or paternal brother, nor for the sons of the full brother if the sister is a full sister or a paternal sister.
