The answer

It is permissible to pray at home in congregation, following the Imam in the mosque. It is also permissible to go out to the mosque to pray there, and your husband has no right to prevent you from doing so. A condition for a woman going out to the mosque is that she must be free of adornment and not mix with men, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from the mosques of Allah, and let them go out without perfume."
