Is the pregnant woman who will give birth in Ramadan and break her fast during its days required to feed the poor for each day in addition to making up the fast, or is she only required to make up the fast?

It is obligatory to make up for the fasts missed in Ramadan due to postpartum bleeding (nifas). Expiation (kaffarah) is not required unless the make-up fasts are delayed without a valid excuse until the next Ramadan begins. In that case, one must make up the fasts and also pay expiation by feeding one poor person for each day.
