Is it permissible for a woman to have her fallopian tubes removed to prevent pregnancy permanently, especially since other birth control methods have caused her health, psychological, and marital problems, and she desires not to become pregnant again, and to protect her health from repeated C-sections, knowing that her doctor advised her to do so to reduce the risk of uterine cancer prevalent in her family?

It is not permissible to prevent conception entirely except out of necessity, according to its শরীয়াহ (Islamic law) standards. Temporary control over conception is permissible to space out pregnancies or to stop them for a certain period if there is a شرعًا (Islamically) recognized need for it, provided there is no harm and the method is lawful.

If doctors determine that pregnancy is harmful to the woman, then total prevention of conception is permissible after the husband's consent. However, if there is no necessity, then it should be avoided because the Lawgiver (Allah) encourages procreation.
