What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a woman's refusal to conceive based on doctors' advice that there is a danger to her health and life due to repeated Caesarean sections?

A Muslim is not permitted to completely prevent procreation, as this contradicts the objectives of Islamic law, which encourages reproduction. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Marry the affectionate and fertile, for I shall be proud of your numbers before the nations." However, if specialized doctors confirm a definite or probable harm to the mother caused by procreation, and there is no other means to avert this harm apart from completely preventing procreation, then she is permitted to do so, in accordance with the legal maxim: "Necessities permit the forbidden."
