Is it permissible to read the Qur’an over more than one bottle of water and oil simultaneously, with spitting upon them? And is it a condition that the reciter himself reads, or is it permissible to play the Qur’an from a mobile phone and place it beside the bottle?

To perform Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism/healing) using water, the reciter should bring their mouth close to the vessel, recite the Quranic verses, and then blow (naft) into the water. This is permissible with any bottle of water. However, playing a Quranic recitation with the intention of performing Ruqyah on water does not achieve the desired effect, as it is impossible to blow into the water. Furthermore, Ruqyah must be performed directly on the patient, not through a loudspeaker or phone, as this goes against the practice of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and his companions.
